Terms & Conditions
Signing Up & Booking
When you sign up with us for use of our services, all we ask is that you read and abide to our terms and conditions. We also require you to sign a consent form/ PAR-Q for yourself or child when using our services for our insurance protection.

When offered a session by us, we ask you the client or parent/guardian to confirm within 24 hours. If not confirmed within this period, we will offer the session to another client.
Behaviour
We do not tolerate poor behavior, theft or any form of abuse (physical or verbal) towards players or coaches. The coach(es) present of the session has the right to forfeit a session at any given time within reason, as well as terminating the player from our services.
Health
Any health/medical issues that you or your child may have must be declared, so our coaches are aware of the situation and can enforce medical action that may be required. We ask you the player (over 16) or the parent/guardian to bring any medication that you or your child requires on the site/time of the training session given. Our coaches are also first aid trained, therefore any medical injuries or health problems you or your child occurs, the coach on site will do their given best to treat the player and ambulance services will be called for if the case is serious enough as well to inform you of the situation if you are not present of the occurrence.
Covid-19 & health risks
We ask you the client to maintain the highest safety and precautions, meaning to arrive at our sessions fully sanitized and we ensure you that all our equipment that may be used by you the client is sanitized and cleaned thoroughly before and after use. Your health is just as important as ours! If you have tested positive or have to self isolate please inform us immediately.
Responsibility/Safeguarding
We will NOT be responsible for any injuries that you or your child inhabits nor any loss of personal items during the session. We will only declare ourselves responsible for keeping you or your child safe and away from any harm as well as under full protection from any dangers deemed necessary. We are also a fully insured company if should any claim is made against us.
Opting Out, Cancellations & Charges
You may opt out yourself or your child from our services at any given time as long as we are aware. You will still be charged if you or your child does not make the session that is planned within the 48 hours notice period without informing us beforehand. Failure to arrive at a planned session without notice or fair reason will result to termination from our services. Cancellation due to very poor weather conditions (e.g. thunderstorms, extreme heavy rain, dangerous winds), unavailability or sickness by the coach, you will not be charged for the session, and a refund will be given if you have already paid depending on the circumstances, however always follow the coach's instructions regarding this. However, if you feel sick or unwell 48 hours or more prior to the session, then please let us know to avoid being charged after the 48 hour notice period. You will still be charged if you cancel the session for any reason after the 48 hours notice period. If you have any concerns or require any more information then please do not hesitate to ask us.

Please also note, if you have paid for a bulk of sessions (1-1/2-1/group/half term camps), and you decide you wish to cancel, you will lose any discounts that are given. (E.g. 5 sessions for £173.25 would = 10% discount, you would lose this discount and be only refunded the amount calculated without the discount applied).
Publicity
Personal Football Coach Ltd produces a range of communications resources to share and promote our work online through our website and social media. We like to share the experiences of real people who are using our services in our communications as it helps to demonstrate the difference our work is making. Therefore we offer an optional publicity consent form to be signed if you wish yourself or your child to be publicly shown on platforms such as our youtube channel, social media platforms and other media resources. Please note we do not share personal details except a name and age although you or your child can always remain anonymous.
Payments
All payments must be made when booking a session and before the session commences. If payment is not received then the session will not go as planned. This is normally handled via bank transfer (we do not accept cheques).
Attendance (drop off/pick up)
When you attend one of our sessions, we ask that you do not arrive to the session more than 5 minutes early to prevent covid precautions or any interference/distractions. Failure to arrive at a session will result in a charge and you may be terminated from future sessions.

Please note if the child is younger than the age of 16, then it is the parent/guardian responsibility to drop off the child and pick up the child. Failure to do so will result in child negligence which is a crime punishable by law. We will safeguard your child and go through the correct procedures if necessary. We ask, if you are going to be late dropping off or picking up your child then please contact us so we are aware.

We do not accept card payments and our only processes of payment are either cash or bank transfer.

You provide information about yourself when you book a session, and by filling in forms at an event or online, or by corresponding with us by phone, e-mail or otherwise. The information you give us may include your name, date of birth, address, e-mail address, phone number, gender, and the contact details of a third party in the case of an emergency. We may also ask for relevant health information, which is classed as special category personal data, for the purposes of your health, wellbeing, welfare and safeguarding. Where we hold this data it will be with the explicit consent of the participant or, if applicable, the participant’s parent or guardian. Where we need to collect personal data to fulfill our responsibilities and you do not provide that data, we may not be able to honor or administer your booking. Why we need your personal data We will only use personal data for any purpose for which it has been specifically provided. The reason we need participants’ and clients’ personal data is to be able to run the business and to arrange sessions; to administer and provide the services you are signing up to when you book with us. Our lawful basis for processing your personal data is that we have a contractual obligation to you as a participant or client to provide the services you are registering for.
We have set out below, in a table format, a description of all the ways we plan to use your personal data, and which of the legal bases we rely on to do so.
